The Hope at Work Program provides longer-term temporary employment and individualized programming to adults struggling to secure and/or keep entry-level employment.  Hope at Work gives eligible applicants real work experience and compensation while addressing workplace and interpersonal limitations, money management, education needs, and personal and spiritual issues.  Hope at Work employees agree to participate in a plan tailored to their particular needs, with the graduation goals of finding sustained employment in the community, financial responsibility, personal accountability, and healthy social relationships.
