Josh specializes in urban employment and is currently working at EMSI in Moscow. He and his family enjoy sports and the beautiful outdoors of the Palouse.
Lee Neer
VICE CHAIR
Lee is a member of the Palouse/Clearwater Search & Rescue team and an experienced plumber. He and his wife Natalie, have a daughter and two granddaughters. Born in Eastern Oregon, Lee moved to Moscow after graduating from high school and has lived here 40 years. Lee likes fly fishing with his bamboo fly rod.
Sarah Mortimore
SECRETARY
Sarah Mortimore and her husband Tim own Carlton Builders LLC, a construction company that serves Moscow and Pullman. Sarah assists Good Samaritan Rehabilitation in Coeur D’Alene interviewing potential candidates from Moscow.
Trent Goetze
MEMBER
Trent lives in Pullman, Washington with his wife, Sheri, and their family. Together, they own and operate Airway Hills Golf Center. Trent is a certified PGA Pro. Trent and his family enjoy hosting events and building relationships within the Palouse community.
Jeff Harlow
MEMBER
Jeff Harlow is a pastoral counselor at Trinity Reformed Church in Moscow. He is also an online teacher with Logos Online School. He and his wife, Lori, live in Genesee. Jeff served as a pastor for almost 20 years. For many years, Jeff and Lori have opened their home to homeless men and women.
John (JJ) Jacksha
MEMBER
John Jacksha (a.k.a. JJ) grew up in Moscow and retired from the University of Idaho in May 2020 after 40 years as a computer staff person. He has run transitional housing in Moscow since 1998 and has led Celebrate Recovery at prisons in Orofino and Cottonwood, starting in 2005.
Jeni Leidenfrost
MEMBER
Jeni is the Director of Design & Development for Sundog Media, and a published writer of children’s books. She and her husband have two children born ten years apart, who keep their lives interesting! Jeni serves the Moscow community as a volunteer counselor and also as a member of the Regional Advisory Council for Foster children and families.
Isaac Wright
MEMBER
Isaac lives in Moscow with his wife, Monica and their family. He is the owner and master craftsman of Master’s Touch Woodworking, a custom cabinet and countertop shop that has been serving the Palouse Region for 24 years. Isaac has a natural way of working with those who face physical, mental, or addiction challenges. James 1:27.
